I teach women and people with periods from all over the world how to live in harmony with their body’s natural rhythm. If you want to learn how your period can help you find more flow and ease in your life, then I’m your woman.

My 8-week mentorship program will give you the exact tools you need to heal your painful cycles, heal your past and gain clarity and empowerment in your life.

My method method draws upon my training across several modalities: traditional coaching and behavior change theory; women’s reproductive health and cycle regulation; functional nutrition; yoga and mindfulness; pelvic floor care; and PLEASURE.

Together we will explore ways to track your cycle, the best nutrition and ally’s to support your optimal health, astrological alignment to better understand your unique strengths, how to use movement to connect with your body, how to attune to your intuition to make decisions from a place of KNOWING, how to set healthy boundaries, pleasure practices to keep your cup FULL, how & why to strengthen your pelvic floor to supercharge your life, and phase-based self-care to keep your feeling good ALL month long!
