Hi! I’m Steph…

 

As a women’s wellness coach, I support women in transitioning off birth control, putting an end to painful & irregular periods, and experiencing a deeper alignment with their cycles through the use of yoga, functional nutrition & pleasure.

I’m devoted to helping women around the world balance their hormones, reclaim their health and reconnect with their pleasure. No more BS about your body, no more band-aid approaches to PMS symptoms.

I believe that all women should have access to easy, affordable reproductive care and the knowledge to use food as medicine in order to be sovereign over her body. Every woman deserves to reclaim her explicit right to pleasure and to re-member what it’s like to feel GOOD!
